Beta means we're still adding features and refining the product based on real-world feedback. The core products (SIS, Scheduler, Hub, Guardian, Talk) are production-ready and stable. You may encounter occasional bugs, and some features will be added during the beta period.

Your perpetual license continues forever. Beta pricing is locked in - you won't see price increases. You transition from beta support to standard support with priority tier access as a founding school.

We want happy customers, not trapped ones. If Heronix isn't the right fit after the first semester, we'll work with you on a fair resolution. Our goal is a long-term partnership, not a one-time sale.

Yes. Heronix is on-premise software that runs on your servers. You'll need someone who can manage server infrastructure, handle backups, and coordinate with our support team when needed.

We ask for a 30-minute monthly call with key stakeholders and async feedback as you use the system. We're not looking to consume your time - just enough input to ensure we're building what schools actually need.
