Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about the beta program

The pilot program opens PassTrack to a small group of founding districts for the 2026 school year. Districts that join get founding-district pricing, hands-on deployment support, and direct input on the product roadmap. The core hall-pass, dismissal, and summons workflows are production-ready; some secondary features will be added during the pilot based on what pilot districts ask for.

Your perpetual license continues. Founding-district terms are locked in — no subscription increases. You transition from pilot support to standard support with priority-tier access as a founding district.

We want happy customers, not trapped ones. If PassTrack isn't the right fit after the first semester of the pilot, we'll work with you on a fair resolution. Our goal is a long-term partnership, not a one-time sale.

Yes. PassTrack is on-premise software that runs on your servers. You'll need someone who can manage server infrastructure, deploy classroom kiosks, handle backups, and coordinate with our support team during the pilot.

We ask for a 30-minute monthly call with key stakeholders and async feedback as you use the system. We're not looking to consume your time - just enough input to ensure we're building what schools actually need.
