Heronix is a pre-launch company. Spatio v1.0 (free K-12 3D modeling) is available for download today, PassTrack pilot applications are open for the 2026 school year, and Heronix Suite (master scheduling included) launches 2027–2028 module by module. Pilot-district and early-license conversations happen now.
Because we're still shaping our offering with our earliest partner schools, we're not publishing public price lists yet. Reach out and we'll walk you through options that fit your district.

How Heronix licensing works
Heronix will be sold as a perpetual license. Districts buy the software outright as a one-time license.
Perpetual license
One-time purchase. The license is yours for as long as you want to run the software.
No per-student fees
Your costs don't grow every time your enrollment does.
On-premise
Runs on your servers. Your data stays in your building.
Annual upkeep
Every license includes an annual upkeep agreement, updates, security patches, and support.
