Spatio v1.0 (free K-12 3D modeling) is available today, PassTrack and Forms offer free 90-day demos now, and Heronix Suite (master scheduling included) launches 2027–2028 module by module. Demos download from your account, and district pricing conversations happen now.
Because we're still shaping our offering with our earliest partner schools, we're not publishing public price lists yet. Reach out and we'll walk you through options that fit your district.

PassTrack, Forms, and Suite each offer a free 90-day demo: the full product, preloaded with sample data, running on your own server. Create an account and download it. Nothing is retained after 90 days, and a purchase is a separate, clean install.
Download a demoHow Heronix licensing works
Heronix will be sold as a perpetual license. Districts buy the software outright as a one-time license. The full purchase process, from evaluation to fulfillment, is on How buying works.
Perpetual license
One-time purchase. The license is yours for as long as you want to run the software.
No per-student fees
Your costs don't grow every time your enrollment does.
On-premise
Runs on your servers. Your data stays in your building.
Annual upkeep
Suite and PassTrack licenses carry an annual upkeep agreement: updates, security patches, and support.
