Runs on hardware you control. Nothing leaves your network, and Heronix has no visibility into it.

90 days

Full access for 90 days from installation. At the end, the demo is discarded.

Bug reports and feedback go through your Heronix account, on one record per customer.

If your district requires a data privacy agreement, we sign one electronically through your account.

How the 90 days work

From account to evaluation, and what happens at the end.

  1. Create a free account. Name, organization, and email. You are signed in right away.
  2. Download the demo. Builds appear in your account as soon as they are released, and the guided installer sets it up on one server.
  3. Evaluate for 90 days. The clock starts at installation. Use every feature, with sample data.
  4. At day 90. The server locks to the license page and the demo data is destroyed. Nothing is retained, and the demo does not convert in place. A purchase is a separate, clean install.

No. A demo is for evaluation with sample data only, and it is discarded at day 90. Keep real student records out of it; that is exactly what a purchased, licensed install is for.

A guided installer sets the demo up on a single Windows server. Someone comfortable installing server software can complete it; deep IT expertise is not required to evaluate.
