Substitute teacher scheduling, absence reporting, and day-of coverage. Formerly planned as a standalone product (SubConnect); now rolled into Suite.

Parent, Teacher & Student Portals

Role-specific portals for parents, teachers, and students. Gradebooks, attendance, announcements, assignments. Runs against the same Suite database — no extra sync layer.

Reporting

  • Finance ERP — double-entry accounting: general ledger, financial statements, accounts payable, budget vs. actuals, fixed assets, and grants management, with a Business Office role
  • Online Payments — fees and meal balances paid online, with receipts, refunds, and reconciliation
  • Point-of-Sale terminal — cafeteria/front-office register with end-of-day close and offline mode

  • Safety Incidents & Threat Assessment — incident reporting, a BTAM workflow, and an anonymous "Say Something" tip line

Suite works alongside Heronix PassTrack

Districts that adopt PassTrack don't need to wait for Suite. PassTrack is designed to plug into any SIS — including Suite when it ships, Skyward, PowerSchool, or any roster source you already use.

When Suite ships, existing PassTrack deployments connect to Suite's roster with no data migration. Guardian tokenization is shared across both.

Guardian is the architecture beneath Suite

Every Suite module tokenizes student PII at the perimeter before any data crosses the network boundary. Each external integration gets unique, per-vendor tokens. Guardian is not an add-on — it's how Suite handles student data by default.
