Student Information System

The core of Suite. Student records, enrollment, gradebook, attendance, behavior, graduation tracking, and GPA and transcript records, with state reporting through Ed-Fi, SIF, and OneRoster.

Master Scheduling

Built · in validation

Constraint-solver master scheduling: timetables, teacher and room assignments, conflict detection, lunch waves, and bell schedules. Formerly planned as a standalone product (Scheduler V2); now rolled into Suite.

Messaging

Built · in validation

On-premise messaging between teachers, administrators, staff, students, and parents. Messages stay on your servers. Formerly planned as a standalone product; now a Suite module.

Single Sign-On

Built · in validation

Unified login across every Suite module. Role-based routing to the right dashboard. Session controls. Designed to work with existing district identity systems.

Substitute Management

Built · in validation

Substitute teacher scheduling, absence reporting, and day-of coverage. Formerly planned as a standalone product (SubConnect); now rolled into Suite.

Parent, Teacher & Student Portals

Built · in validation

Role-specific portals for parents, teachers, and students, plus dedicated desktop clients for admins, counselors, nurses, librarians, and front-office kiosks. Everything runs against the same Suite database, no extra sync layer.

Reporting

Built · in validation

District and school reporting across attendance, grades, enrollment, and discipline. State reporting through the standard interchange formats every state accepts: Ed-Fi, SIF 3.x, CEDS, and flat file. Export to PDF, Excel, CSV.

Where Suite actually stands

All 45 domain modules are implemented, backed by 3,170 automated tests with none skipped. An internal production-readiness review in July 2026 returned a conditional go: no code blockers, with remaining conditions on operator configuration and pre-launch verification.

What is still ahead, and why the launch runs 2027–2028: load and scale testing, independent security review, and pilot validation in real districts, module by module. We would rather ship it proven than ship it early.

Suite's external integrations are designed to route through Guardian, a dedicated gateway that tokenizes student PII before any data crosses the network boundary. Each external integration gets unique, per-vendor tokens.
